Iranian diplomats are ambassadors of Islamic culture: Ahmadinejad
Tehran, 2007/04/11, MNA
“Iranian ambassadors are ambassadors of Islamic culture and ethics,” President Mahmud Ahmadinejad said here on Wednesday, adding that “honesty, piety, awareness, friendliness, and sympathy” are their most prominent characteristics.
At a meeting with Foreign Minister Manuchehr Mottaki and Iranian ambassadors to South Asian and Pacific Rim countries, Ahmadinejad emphasized that the Islamic Republic has a firm policy of developing relations with all countries on the basis of mutual respect and understanding.
The president also noted that the lofty culture of Islam should be introduced to all nations because returning to the path of God and rectifying the unjust system of global relations will save mankind and resolve all the world’s problems.
