
Kashani urges Muslims for unity
Tehran, 2007 Dec 7, IRIB Interim Friday prayers leader of Tehran Ayatollah Mohammad Emami Kashani on Friday called for removal of the root causes, if any, of division between Iran and the world of Islam so as to deprive enemy of the chance to abuse them.
Delivering his second Friday Prayers sermon, Ayatollah Kashani quoted an American senator, running the country's 2008 presidential elections, as saying that if he turns president he would use the existing gap between the Iranian and Muslim nations for his own ends.
Further quoting the senator, Ayatollah Kashani said the only way to confront Iran is division.
Pointing to NIE report, which has proved peaceful nature of Iran's nuclear program, the Ayatollah said God had been behind the American officials fiasco and disclosure of the country's states men's lies over peaceful nuclear activities of the Islamic Rep ublic of Iran.
"A hand is visible behind new American officials fiasco and disclosure of the US statesmen's lies against Iran's peaceful nuclear activities --that's the hand of God," said the the cleric.
He said the America's administration has been raising some words against Iran, whose false nature has become evident to all.
