 Another UK mariner offers apology

Another British military force arrested on March 23, 2007 confessed on Friday that the group had illegally entered the Iranian territorial waters.
"We entered the Iranian waters illegally and were arrested by the Iranian coast guards," confessed the British royal mariner, Nathan Thomas Summers.
"I'm bound to apologize the Iranian nation," he reiterated.
He underlined that the British military forces had violated the IRI's territorial waters for several times.
He also pointed to the formally-made commitment of the British authorities in 2004 not to violate the waters and that they apologized to the Iranian nation over the issue.
"Everything has been ok since we have been arrested on March 23, 2007, and I'm satisfied with the conditions," the mariner said.
"During the past days, the Iranians have treated us in a humanitarian manner and there hasn't been any mistreatment," he added.
