CNN reporter's plot nullified

CNN reporter tried desperatly to produce a report from one of empty polling stations in Tehran before voting started to inculcate that Iranian nation did not participate in 8th parliamentary elections.
According to IRIB, the American reporter tried to report from Hoseinyeh-Ershad polling station in north of Tehran before polling started but police didnot let him to do this and he got angry.
