 Top Iran MP welcomes US nuclear confession

A top Iranian MP on Tuesday December 4 welcomed a US intelligence report on the Iranian nuclear program as a "confession" by Washington that the drive is peaceful in nature.
"This confession... is the proof of the accuracy of Iranian officials' statements over Iran's peaceful use of nuclear energy," said the head of parliament's security and foreign afffairs commission, Alaeddin Boroujerdi.
"It undermines the statements of those in the US government who claim Iran is seeking to produce nuclear weapons," he was quoted as saying by the state-run IRNA news agency.
