Iranian women have been playing more active role in film making field this year

An executive manager of Australian film festival said on Wednesday, "Iranian women's presence in film making field is an honorable event the world can be proud of."
"Iran's cinema is well-known around the world due to Iranians' strong emotions," the official told IRNA on the sidelines of the the 29th Fajr International Film Festival here.
He added: "Iranian women have been playing more active role in film making field this year compared with the two previous film festivals."
He also said that Iranian cinema has considerably developed in comparison with the past.
He said that he is willing to attend the next Fajr film festival and film marketing.
