Iran denies report on Saudi mediation between Tehran and Washington

Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesman Mohammad-ali Hosseini denied a foreign media report on Iran's request for mediation of Saudi Arabia between Tehran and Washington.
In an interview with IRNA, Hosseini said, "The news is not true." A foreign news agency quoting a Saudi official had claimed that Ali Larijani in his visit to Saudi Arabia had asked Saudis' mediation between Iran and the USA.
