World's largest digital library was inaugurated in Isfahan Friday night with a capacity of nine million mega bytes and 3,500,000 books, IRIB reported on Saturday.
Nilforushan, the head of Ahl ul-Bayt Teachings Research and Publication Organization said that the four store center is built on a 500 square meter ground. It also has meeting, computer, education and research halls.
The world's biggest digital library's construction was completed with a US$3,222,222 donation of a group of donors inlcuding Sayed Hossein Rezazadeh. It has a comprehensive Islamic information bank.
Moreover, the latest scientific methods have been used for publishing of Islamic teachings.
The Islamic ADC (analogue to digital converter) data center helps the library to get information from all organizations of the same kind.
