The protesters carried banners and shouted slogans, condemning the Zionist regime's siege on Gaza and urging the Jordanian government to cut diplomatic relations with the regime.

The protesters also called on the Arab countries to stop oil supplies to the occupied Palestine until it lifts the siege on the Gaza Strip.

At least three demonstrations have been staged in Jordan since Sunday night when the main power station that supplies electricity to Gaza completely closed down due to fuel shortage.
