Fazlollah warns against West stance towards IRI
Beirut, 2008 Aug 9, IRIB A senior Alim in Lebanon on Friday underlined that anti-Iran economic sanctions should be regarded as a politico-economic war against a big Muslim state.
Sayyed Muhammad Hussein Fazlollah made the remark in his second Friday Prayers sermon at a mosque in southern Beirut on Friday.
Fazlollah said: "Levelling vain and forged charges, White House has mobilized all its capacity to prevent Iran's peaceful nuclear activities."
The renowned Lebanese Alim underlined that the West and America turn a blind eye to the Zionist regime's nuclear bombs, only raising accusations against the Islamic Republic of Iran whose nuclear activities are consistent with international regulations.
He added that on this ground, opponents of Iran only try to prevent the big Muslim state's access to nuclear technology.
