"Influence of the 'Israeli' lobby has had a vital role in start and continuation of Iraq war," the democrat member of the American House of Representatives, James Mouran Junior wrote in his article in Washington Post on Monday.
"These comments have caused anger of supporters of 'Israel'," Washington Post added.
Mouran had formerly said that Jewish lobby is the strongest lobby in the American Congress which was behind Iraq war.
The Jewish lobby members are highly wealthy and are able to hold grip on power, he added.
