2nd Symposium on Pathology of Islamic Solidarity held in Medina

The Second Symposium on "Pathology of Islamic Solidarity" was held at the representative office of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution in Medina, Saudi Arabia, on July 8.
According to Hajj Information Dissemination Website, Secretary of the symposium Hojat-ol-Islam Ali Khorasani said on the sidelines of the event that a number of Sunni and Shiite figures including scholars and clergymen took part in the event.
He also noted that the symposium was held with the aim of strengthening solidarity and unity among Islamic nations.
During the one-day symposium, participants studied strategies for promoting Islamic unity among different sects.
Noting that the global arrogance is after sowing discord among Muslims, he underscored the necessity of maintaining solidarity in the current situation.
