30 Iraqi infants were killed in two months, affected by depleted uranium used by US soldiers in war against the ousted regime of Saddam Hossien.

    Al-Sabah al-Jadid newspaper qouted a medical source in a children hospital in Iraq's province of Ziqar as saying that these children have suffered in from physical defects.

    Using depleted uranium by American forces is very alarming, the daily said.
