Iran's Majlis Speaker Gholam Ali Haddad Adel on Tuesday July 12 condemned July 7 terrorist bombings in London stressing that the attacks made another opportunity "to think about the roots of terrorism throughout the world."
Addressing Majlis open session, Haddad Adel said that terrorism should not be fought by another form of terrorism.
"Terrorism is rooted from injustice and justice has nothing to do with being a Christian or a Muslim," said the speaker. He noted that if there were justice, there would be no terrorism, stressing that terrorism should not be fought based on a double standard.
Haddad Adel added that the current terrorist acts practiced in Palestine with the support of big powers were the clearest examples of state terrorism worldwide.
At least 52 people were killed and hundreds were injured in the tragic bombings in London transportation system Thursday July 7.
